In addition to in-house technical documentation, I also produced the 'customer-facing' documentation for the hardware. These typically included the basic functionality of the products as well as maintenance and basic troubleshooting. This would be the documentation included with the physical hardware itself, so additional installation and basic technical specs were also included. The information provided was often curated for a less technically savvy audience. 

Extremely refined 'quick-start' versions were also developed. The use of bookmarks and table of contents made for more user-friendly documents that were easy to search through.
