Assembly Guides

These documents were developed strictly for in-house production staff. In particular, they are used to train those who are assembling products. These manuals are step-by-step guides on to build equipment from the ground up. They include detail instructions, diagrams, bill of materials, tool lists, and torque values.

Earlier guides for older product revisions also included in-depth wiring instructions. These were later replaced with simpler instructions once standardized wiring harness assemblies were incorporated.

I took inspiration from universal instructions often included in flat-packed furniture sets and modified it to better fit the more complex nature of electronics assembly.
