ABOUT ME
I consider myself a self-taught 'tinkerer', with a emphasis on mechanical design. I find the greatest satisfaction in overcoming all the little problem solving challenges, refining/polishing, and then finally arriving at completed solution. I'm continually learning, and strive to understand the systems I'm working with. I've worked in professional engineering position for nearly 4 years and during that time I've worked with many aspects of product design including:
3D printing
Sheet metal design
Electronics enclosure design
PCB and electrical design
Technical documentation and training
I've worked on several complete product lines, managing all aspects of the process; start to finish. From concept renders all the way to full production.
Throughout this period I have invest my time heavily into 3D printing technologies. From simple FDM to MJF, I believe this emerging technology has and still is revolutionizing product design and development.
I could on forever about all the personal projects I'm working on (and dream about working on), but might be easier to just check out my projects page. I have posted some of my major and recent projects there.
